- All production times are WITHIN THE FACTORY. Art preparation time and shipping time are additional.
- UPS RED & FedEx Overnight Freight costs are extremely expensive for shipping products. Costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and distance traveled.
- Freight ESTIMATES are just that, ESTIMATES.
- Everything depends on stock availability. Stock cannot be held at the factory without a purchase order.
- “All bets are off” if supplied artwork is not usable. See art requirements. Rush orders have no margin for error.
- If you, Skyward Promotions, and the factory all do a great job and the freight carrier does not preform (including weather conditions), Skyward Promotions is not liable.
